Jake Roughton, cofounder of multiple businesses and nonprofits, is a cross-cultural leader with a decade of organizational experience in India. Holding an MATS degree, he specializes in strategic communication and sustainable team-building. He is devoted to all that is good and true.

Juhi Rajhans, a physics scholar by training and a learning and development consultant by practice. 

Her training was completed at IISER Kolkata (BS-MS Dual Degree) and Brown University, USA (SCM Physics). She has consulted for governments and industrial institutions.

A champion of equity, Juhi enjoys building innovations that are easily adaptable and have a broad scope of implementation.

Emily Roughton is a mother of three with a passion for holistic education and health. She has pioneered NGO consulting efforts in India since the age of 17. Emily believes that every child who walks through Acton’s doors is a genius who deserves to discover their unique calling and gifts.
